Chill & Bounce - Customer Disclaimer & Agreement (Jumping Castle)

By booking with Chill & Bounce, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

1. Installation & Safety Compliance
All jumping castles and inflatable equipment will be delivered, installed, and packed down solely by Chill & Bounce staff. This is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Upon installation, our team will provide a safety briefing and clear operational instructions. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all users comply with these instructions and that appropriate supervision is maintained at all times.

Failure to follow the safety instructions provided by Chill & Bounce voids any responsibility or liability on our part for injuries, accidents, or damage arising from misuse or negligence during the hire period.

2. Customer Liability
The hirer accepts full liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the failure to comply with Chill & Bounce’s safety procedures or due to unauthorised movement, adjustment, or misuse of the equipment.
This includes but is not limited to:
  • Allowing unsupervised use
  • Overloading the equipment
  • Permitting unsafe behaviour
  • Ignoring the safety guidelines provided at handover
3. Adverse Weather Policy
If adverse weather conditions (including strong winds, storms, or heavy rain) are forecast or occur, Chill & Bounce reserves the right to cancel or postpone the booking for safety reasons.
In such cases:
  • You will be contacted directly by Chill & Bounce staff
  • A full refund will be issued or a reschedule arranged
  • Under no circumstances may the equipment be used if a cancellation has been advised due to weather
If the customer proceeds to use the equipment after cancellation notice has been issued, Chill & Bounce accepts no liability for any injuries, damage, or incidents that may occur, and the hirer assumes full responsibility for any outcomes.

4. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you:
  • Have read and understood the above terms
  • Accept full responsibility for safe use of the equipment during your hire
  • Acknowledge that Chill & Bounce will not be held liable for incidents arising from misuse or failure to follow instructions
